The artwork depicts an alternative version of the 56th Spirit of the Goetia as a Succubus, who is known as Gremory. She is depicted as a Nightgaunt Leather Nun, which has been somewhat inspired by H.P Lovecraft's dream born poem about Bat winged Nightgaunts, although he did not see them as Succubae; whereas I do.
